Be advised that on January 18, 2021, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the mortgage brokerage representative’s certificate issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers to Ms. Ana Mikova, whose establishment was located in St-Laurent, be suspended for a period of 60 days whenever she becomes a certificate holder again, for committing the following offences:
Count 1:Placed herself in a conflict-of-interest situation by borrowing the following amounts of money from two of her clients:
 
  1. on or around September 19, 2012, the amount of $15,000
 
  1. on or around September 19, 2012, the amount of $12,000
 
  1. on or around October 2, 2012, the amount of $6,000
