The OACIQ Discipline Committee has suspended François Gratton’s licence for 60 days and ordered him to pay a fine of $2,000

Brossard, February 26, 2020 – Guilt and Sanction

The Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) suspended François Gratton’s real estate broker licence for a period of 60 days for allowing a person other than the seller to sign the Declarations by the seller of the immovable form and for making false statements to the Assistant Syndic about this document. The Committee also fined him $2,000 for failing to immediately send a brokerage contract and some necessary information to his agency.
