The OACIQ Discipline Committee has suspended Naderge Jean-Baptiste’s licence for 60 days and ordered her to pay a fine of $5,000

 

Brossard, January 31, 2020 – Sanction

The Disciplinary Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec rendered two disciplinary decisions suspending Naderge Jean-Baptiste's licence for a period of 60 days for implementing a "Ponzi scheme" and ordering her to pay $5,000 for failing to send various transaction documents to her agency immediately.
