NOTICE OF A LICENCE SUSPENSION

NOTICE is hereby given that Roberta Severe, former real estate broker, licence No. D1368, whose establishment was located in Montréal, has notably been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offences summarized below:

Count 2: As of May 29, 2014, in support of the borrowers’ financing application, allowed or tolerated false documents and/or inaccurate information to be sent to a financial institution in Laval. 

Count 3: As of April 30, 2014, agreed with the prospective buyers that they act as a nominee in the acquisition of an immovable, thus misleading third parties.

On April 18, 2018, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Roberta Severe's licence No. D1368 for a total period of 2 years, to be served whenever she becomes a licence holder again.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences(R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
