Be advised that on April 28, 2020, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Maxime Lequin, whose establishment was located in Trois-Rivières, be suspended whenever he becomes a licence holder again for committing the following offences:

Count 3: On or around February 29, 2016, tolerated or allowed a promise to purchase to be signed by the parties while it did not reflect reality, indicating that the purchase price was $260,000, while a $46,000 rebate was agreed between the seller and the prospective buyer.

Count 6: On or around April 12, 2016, tolerated or allowed a promise to purchase to be signed by the parties while it did not reflect reality, indicating that the purchase price was $375,000, while a  $30,000 rebate was agreed between the seller and the prospective buyer.

Count 8: On or around April 12, 2016, tolerated or allowed a promise to purchase to be signed by the parties while it did not reflect reality, indicating that the purchase price was $340,000, while a  $30,000 rebate was agreed between the seller and the prospective buyer.
 
Count 10: On or around February 29, 2016, tolerated or allowed a promise to purchase to be signed by the parties while it did not reflect reality, indicating that the purchase price was $320,000, while a $56,000 rebate was agreed between the seller and the prospective buyer.

Count 15: On or around April 12, 2016, tolerated or allowed a promise to purchase to be signed by the parties while it did not reflect reality, indicating that the purchase price was $249,000, while a  $25,000 rebate was agreed between the seller and the prospective buyer.
 
Count 16: On or around April 12, 2016, allowed a person other than the potential buyer to sign the acknowledgement of receipt of a promise to purchase.

Count 18: As of March 21, 2019, did not cooperate with the assistant syndic in an investigation concerning him.
