NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON ÉLOÏSE RONDEAU’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Éloïse Rondeau, residential real estate broker (licence H5344), whose establishment is located in Laval, has had a restriction imposed on her licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

On October 20, 2021, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following restriction on Ms. Rondeau’s licence:

That it is appropriate to issue a licence to the applicant with the following restriction:

For a period of 36 months following the issuance of her licence, prohibiting her from carrying on activities on her own account and/or from being designated and/or from acting as agency executive officer.

If Ms. Rondeau fails to comply with the restriction imposed, her right to engage in real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until she does so.

This notice became enforceable on December 6, 2021.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
