Discipline Committee
The Discipline Committee rules on complaints concerning ethical breaches committed by brokers or agencies and imposes penalties if they are found guilty in the course of public disciplinary hearings.

To find out about the dates of disciplinary hearings on the guilty verdict to be made or on the penalty to be imposed upon conviction.
Disciplinary decisions
The decisions rendered by the OACIQ Discipline Committee are public. It is possible to have two decisions pertaining to the same file, one in which the defendant is found guilty, and the other specifying the penalty.
Disciplinary notices
When the discipline committee imposes a sanction, a notice of the decision must be published in an official publication of the OACIQ or on its website or in a local newspaper of the area where the agency or broker’s establishment is located.
