Be advised that on May 11, 2023, the Court of Quebec confirmed the decision of the Discipline Committee that ordered the suspension of Mr. Létourneau’s licence, whose establishment was located in Sainte-Pétronille, for a 60 day period to be served whenever he will become a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:

Count 1: As of June 15, 2020, while acting as a broker on his own account, did not cooperate with the OACIQ inspection service by omitting or neglecting to forward his self-inspection and supporting documents.

Count 2: In Brossard, as of or about July 17, 2020, did not cooperate with the assistant syndic's investigation, in particular by omitting, neglecting or refusing to respond to requests for telephone interviews requested by the latter.
