OF RICHARD ROBITAILLE LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Richard Robitaille , real estate broker, licence number C1672, whose establishment is located in St-Joachim-de-Montmorency, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

Following the meeting of March 9, 2023 the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mr. Richard Robitaille licence.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on April 5, 2023.
