OF MS. ISABELLE HOULE’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Ms. Isabelle Houle, former real estate broker (licence no. C3689), whose establishment was located in Montréal, has been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) of the offence summarized below:

1st count: As of or around August 24, 2012, did not submit her own version of the facts to the lawyer acting on behalf of the Indemnity Committee, as requested by the latter, thus committing an offence under section 105 of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising.

On March 26, 2014, the Discipline Committee ordered a suspension of Ms. Isabelle Houle’s real estate broker’s licence (licence no. C3689) for a period of fifteen (15) days, on count no. 1 of the formal complaint.

Given that Ms. Isabelle Houle is no longer a licence holder, her licence will be suspended for a period of fifteen (15) days whenever she becomes a licence holder again.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
