Be advise that on May 9, 2019, the Quebec Court ordered the suspension of Mrs. Dumas’ real estate broker licence, whose establishment was located in Repentigny, for a period of 6 years, whenever she becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:

Count 1: As of April 2, 2012, concerning an immovable, used or allowed someone to use the identity of a third party:

a) by checking and/or allowing someone to check a credit report with Equifax;
b) by drafting and/or allowing someone to draft the document entitled “Renseignements sur le(s) emprunteur(s)” (Information on the borrower(s));
c) by drafting and/or allowing someone to draft the document entitled "Détails et modalités du prêt hypothécaire” (Details and terms of the mortgage loan);
d) by drafting and/or allowing someone to draft the document entitled “Loan application”;
e) by sending and/or allowing someone to send inaccurate information and/or false documents to the financial institution, Caisse populaire Desjardins du Sault-au-Récollet, in support of a financing application;

so that the immovable can be sold to a third party, without the knowledge of the real third party.
