NOTICE is hereby given that Yves Proulx, broker, licence No. D5911, whose establishment is located in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, has been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offences summarized below:

Counts 1a), b) and c): Between March 2014 and January 2015, while acting as agency executive officer for Century 21 Impact Inc., did not make sure to immediately obtain brokerage contracts and annexes related thereto for three immovables.

On October 23, 2017, the Discipline Committee ordered the imposition of restrictions on Yves Proulx’s licence No. D5911 for a period of 2 years, effective November 27, 2017.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
