NOTICE OF A LICENCE SUSPENSION

NOTICE is hereby given that Yvan Dubé, former real estate broker, licence No. C1794, whose establishment was located in Rimouski, has been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offence summarized below:

Count 1: On or around December 9, 2017, confined, threatened and intimidated a third person in a property for sale which he owns and where he had attracted her through deception.

On February 7, 2018, the Discipline Committee ordered the permanent suspension of Yvan Dubé's licence No. C1794 and prohibited him from applying for a licence with the OACIQ, as of February 8, 2018.

Said decision was appealed and a withdrawal was filed on June 22, 2018. The permanent suspension of of Yvan Dubé’s licence No. C1794 and the prohibition to apply for a licence with the OACIQ thereafter remain enforceable since February 8, 2018.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
