Be advised that on April 16, 2020, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Marcel Prévost-Bonin, whose establishment was located in Laval, be suspended whenever he becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:
Count 1: Between or around January 31, 2014 and April 30, 2015, date on which his licence was revoked, failed and/or neglected to notify the OACIQ immediately that he was found guilty of a criminal offence in file number 540-01-034530-082 and to provide any document attesting thereto.
Count 3: Between or around December 14, 2017 and on or around April 16, 2018, failed and/or neglected to notify the OACIQ immediately that he was found guilty of a criminal offence in file number 700-01-135899-154 and to provide any document attesting thereto.
