10. Other declarations and conditions
In addition to the declarations and conditions set out in the mandatory brokerage contract to purchase form, the buyer and his broker may wish to add terms or conditions that are not included in the form. Such amendments, whether they describe additional undertakings on either side or modify existing ones, may be entered under clause 10.1 Other declarations and conditions or, if space is insufficient, in a form Appendix G – General.
