Your training program, a key asset
Your supervisory and advisory roles within your agency are important; your Mandatory Continuing Education Program (MCEP) reflects this reality. That’s why you must, by April 30, 2025:
- complete mandatory training activities of the OACIQ for a total of 12 CEUs;
- Earn 12 elective CEUs, from the training courses listed in the Catalogue of training courses for a total of 24 CEUs.

By meeting the requirements of the 2023-2025 Program concerning you, you will:
- maintain and develop your skills;
- increase the credibility and trust of the public in professionals authorized by the OACIQ;
- promote the training culture within your agency and the profession;
- put the agency executive officer’s role at the forefront to ensure that broker activities are in compliance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act and its regulations;
- help oversee and develop the profession, including by sharing knowledge and experience with brokers acting on behalf of your agency.
