Legal costs and expenses incurred in the common interest
Creditors of municipalities and school boards for property taxes

Creditors benefiting from a legal construction mortgage
Mortgage creditors (conventional and legal mortgages) who rank according to the date and time of their registration in the Land Register
Ordinary or unsecured creditors

Collocation rank — Furniture creditor

PRIORITIES:

Legal costs
Unpaid seller
Person benefiting from a right of retention
Claims of the State for amounts due under tax laws

Mortgage creditors (conventional and legal mortgages) who rank according to the date and time of their registration in RDPRM
Ordinary or unsecured creditors
